Hall Hire Fees

This table shows what fees we will charge to hire either rooms in the hall or the whole hall.  This is to help you decide what eventt you want and how long you want to hire the hall for. To book the time, please check the calendar and then send an email to book@buxtonvillagehallnorfolk.org.uk

Hall Fee Hire Table

These prices include the cost of the set up time and put away time, so you pay for half an hour, but get an hour to both set up and put things away.

 

Please pay as soon as you can when you receive the invoice, so the booking can be locked in. If life changes you may find that you have to cancel your booking, if this happens and you give us a notice with a week or more to go until the event, then there is no charge, but if you give us notice between a week and 72 hours, you will only get half your money back.  However, if you cancel after 72 hours of your booking, then nothing will be returned.
